For Broad & TV, the major problem is the number of clicks to selecting a program. One possible solution could be to seperate menu navigation from program selection. Program selection can be done with number keys from 0 to 9. And also, the pagination should be changed from column based to actual page.

For Haptic one, there are two major tasks; one is calling and the other messaging.
For the two tasks, there exist two different senarios; one is just keying in the number or message and the other finding whom to call or send message. But when a user tries to send a message after finding a person’s number, there seems to be no way to send a message because they didn’t provide any signifier how to do it in the UI.
